He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell N. Cook and Vera Ward Cook. He is survived by : his wife Linda Hawkins Cook; his children, Kelli Hephner (Greg) and Kevin Cook (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Morgan Harding, Ben Harding, Jon Harding, Dante Minner and Annabelle Minner.
