Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Shirley leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas D. Eccleson and Theresa Eccleson (Meyer); her husband Edward J. Kelley, Jr.; and her son Danny Jackson. She is survived by: her sons, Dale Jackson (Heather) of Phoenix, AZ and Cort Jackson (Tracy) of Peoria, AZ; her daughter-in-law Joni Jackson of Cortez, CO; her sisters-in-law, Mary Louise Scott (Terry) of New Manchester, WV, Chesterine Price of Follansbee, WV, Patricia Wagner (Mark) of Follansbee, WV and Kathy Beatty (Rich) of Follansbee, WV; Chris Walton (Korisa) of Leetonia, OH. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
