He was predeceased by: his parents, Miriam Budesky and Vince Leslie; his stepfather Mike Kohn; and his brothers, Mike and Kenny Leskosky.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fitch Leskosky; his sons, Joe Leskosky (Loren) and Kyle Leskosky (Valerie); his grandson Liam Leskosky; his brother Vince Leskosky; and his pet Bo (Bobo).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home (28 N Main St, Columbiana, OH 44408).
