He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilhelm Tunnat and Emma Theophil Tunnat; his daughter Debbie Tunnat; and his siblings, Irmgard Marie Altomare, Edith Suliot, Wilfred "Freedie" Tunnat and Heinz Tunnat.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Kay Bobby Tunnat; and his children, Dianne Rice (Scott) of Salem, Dan Tunnat of Salem, Angela Alesi (Edward) of Leetonia and Heidi Buzzelli (Marc) of Sewickley, PA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
