He is survived by: his wife Brenda Perkins; his daughters, Jennifer Burch (Richard), Tanya Gomez (Michael Garvey), Danielle Mitchell (John) and Nichole Perkins (Russ Waldron); his grandchildren, Dakotah Burch (Kaylee), Dominick Burch, Peyton Mitchell, John Mitchell Jr., Giulliana Garvey, Kaydence Waldron and Lakelynn Waldron; his great grandchild Oakleigh Burch; his stepson Randy Henry; his stepgrandchildren, Emmett Henry and Anna Henry; and his sister Tina.
