He was predeceased by: his parents, James Meyer and Rita Jane Meyer (Kaufman). He is survived by: his wife Michelle Meyer (Schortgen); his children, Austin James Meyer of Leipsic and Quinne Alyse Meyer of Sylvania; and his siblings, Michele Cook (Richard), Sandi Meyer of Norman, OK, Kevin Meyer of Leipsic, Roger Meyer (Shelly) of Leipsic, Jan Meyer (Jodi) of Bowling Green and Tammie Morman (Terry) of Bowling Green. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home (226 N Belmore St, Leipsic, OH 45856). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (318 State St, Leipsic, OH 45856).
