He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Spangler and Lucille Spangler (Hermiller); and his siblings, Carol Ann Spangler, Donna Jean Morman and James Spangler.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Glanz; his children, Kelly Wagner (Matt) of Miller City and Brad Spangler (Allison) of Pandora; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Wagner, Henry, Royce and Marshall Spangler; and his brother Dennis Spangler of Florida.
Memorial donations may be made to Putnam County Homecare and Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
