He was predeceased by : his parents, Theodore Siebeneck and Villanova Siebeneck (Schroeder); his brothers, Gene, Larry and Ken Siebeneck; and his siblings-in-law, Maryann Siebeneck, Frank Siefer, Jim Condon and Richard Cervantes.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy Sager; his children, Michael Siebeneck (Sheila) of Leipsic and Gail Creamer of Leipsic; his grandchildren, Madi Siebeneck, Kate Siebeneck, Levi Creamer (Kory) and Lexi Blankemeyer (Tyler); his great grandchild Colby Creamer; his siblings, Judy Siefer of Hamilton, Joan Condon of Lakeview, Shirley Cervantes of Findlay, Denny Siebeneck of Defiance, Ted Siebeneck, Jr. (Janet) of Doylestown, Bob Siebeneck of Georgia and Gary Siebeneck (Paula) of Leipsic; and his sister-in-law Janice Siebeneck of Findlay.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Putnam County Homecare and Hospice.
