She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hohenbrink and Wilma Hohenbrink (Recker); and her siblings, Tony Hohenbrink, Betty Hook and Sharon Rex.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Ellerbrock; her son Troy Ellerbrock (Dana) of Leipsic; her grandsons, Elijah and Ethan Ellerbrock; her siblings, Terri Niese (Jerry) of Glandorf and John Hohenbrink (Kim) of Allen, TX; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Hohenbrink of Leipsic. She is also survived by grandmother to her two grandsons.
Memorial contributions may be given to Putnam County CAP, Putnam County Council on Aging or to St. Mary's School.
