Larry Dennis Place Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Dennis Place of Leipsic, Ohio, who passed away on July 23, 2025 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry Dennis Place to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Orville and Virginia Ann Place (Wortman); his daughter Larina Dione Place; his sister Linda Wagner; his nephew Sean Heinricy; and his sister-in-law Sharon Place.
He is survived by: his wife Lottie of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Crystal Amber McGowan (Joseph) of New Jersey and Ash Kelsch Place (Lesti) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Neila, Anna, Virginia, Margaret, Vivienne and Leo; his siblings, Paul Place (Diane), James Place, Patti Hall (Todd) and Tracy Place (Gina); his brother-in-law Bill Wagner; his in-laws, Cyndy, Al Fischer, Sheen and Rich Deis; and his siblings' children, Rick Fischer, Shana Heinricy, Kurt, Peter, Chris Jahn, Alex, Eric, Ben Place, Lori Wagner Peterson and Julie Wagner Berger.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (318 State St, Leipsic, OH 45856).
