He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence W. Laubenthal and Rose Laubenthal (Kuhbander); his daughter Trudy Grueser; and his sister-in-law Barbara Laubenthal. He is survived by: his sons, Louis Laubenthal, Jr. (Nancy) of Leipsic, Larry Laubenthal of Leipsic and Dennis Laubenthal of Leipsic; his grandchildren, Robby Laubenthal, Amber Beach, Stephen Grueser and Erik Grueser; his great grandchildren, Seth, Bryson, Riley and Jace Beach; and his siblings, Herman Laubenthal of Ottawa, William Laubenthal of Ottawa and Margaret Recker (Terry) of Ottawa.
