She was predeceased by: her parents, Ysac Reyna and Angelita Reyna (Torres); her husband Baldemar Hernandez Sr.; her children, Odilia Ortega (Felipe Sr.), Baldemar Hernandez Jr. and Juan Hernandez; and her brothers, Aurelio Reyna and Andres "Andy" Reyna.

She is survived by: her son Roy Hernandez (Marina) of Leipsic; her daughter-in-law Leslye Hernandez of San Antonio, TX; and her siblings, Julia Cuevas of Brownsville, TX, Aurora "Dora" Lopez of Edinburg, TX, Roberto "Beto" Reyna of San Antonio, TX and Jesus "Chuy" Reyna of Pharr, TX.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Parish Life Center (318 State St, Leipsic, OH 45856). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (318 State St, Leipsic, OH 45856). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery - Leipsic Starts (318 State St, Leipsic, OH 45856).
