She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford R. Webb and June L. Webb (Robinson); her parents-in-law, Leo and Gladys Spangler; her brother Clifford "Kip" Webb, Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Olen Sutherland and Randy Spangler.

She is survived by: her children, Samuel Spangler (Alli) and Sarah Spangler; her grandchildren, Mathias, Mabel and Phoenix Spangler; her siblings, Dwight Webb (Shelly), Tina Webb, Terri Sutherland and Vickie Southward (Mark); and her in-laws, Kim Webb and Julie Selhorst (Dan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be given to Spangler Grandchildren's College Fund or Putnam County Hospice.
