He was predeceased by: his parents, David Perry and Bernadette Perry (Donahue); his siblings, Sonny, John and Virginia; and his grandfather Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Shuler); his children, Eric Perry (Allyson), Anne Vukcevich (Ivan) and Lynn Shirk (Darren); and his grandchildren, James Perry, Vivian Vukcevich, Kendall and Perry Shirk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tom's memory may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Salvation Army Toy Drive.
