He was predeceased by: his parents, Cebary G. Brown and Grace F. Brown (Kunkle); his wife Adeline Brown (Koogler); his daughter Gail Ann Nellis; and his siblings, Howard (Mildred), Chester L. (Catherine), Spencer R. (Mila), Raymond K. Brown (Geneva), Sylvia C. Boger (Ron) and Mildred R. Jordan (Paul).
He is survived by: his children, Connie Roe (Glen), Dale Brown (Tonna) and Don Brown; his son-in-law Fulton Nellis; his grandchildren, Joy Nellis (Doug Dagley), Johnny Nellis (Jaron Fairchild) and Amanda Lacey (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Ezra, Chloe, Bella and Ariana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
