She is survived by : her husband Randall Hofacker; her sons, Joshua Grigsby, Zachary Dean Rike (Kimberly), Chester Hofacker and Benjamin Hofacker (Julia); her grandchildren, Andrea, Justus, Warren, Kadden, Blake, Weston and Havyn; her siblings, Brenda Whitlow (Charles), Debbie Maynard, Tim Maynard (Anita) and Steve Maynard; and her pets, Lollipop, Ebony and Willow. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
