He is survived by: his wife Eva Mae Mullins (Harvey); his children, Fred Mullins, Jr. (Elaine) and Patty Downey (Joe); his sisters, Golden Noble and Ruth New; his grandchildren, Brittany Mullins, Kindra Olinger (Michael), Matthew Downey and Austin Downey (Tori); his great grandchildren, Graham Olinger, Paisley Downey and Noah Olinger; and his sister-in-law Mary Rose. He is also survived by Nieces, and Nephews.
