She was predeceased by : her husband Merlin; her siblings, Harley Shumaker (Carol), Marjorie Wachtmann (Raymond) and Bill Shumaker (Mona); her son-in-law Tim Olinger; and her parents, Gale Jim Shumaker and Jessie Shumaker-Cocke.

She is survived by : her children, Marilyn Jo Seibel, Larry Seibel (Jan), Sherri Newman (Ron), Lori Olinger, Illona Florkey (Jack) and Kelly Robertson (Al); her grandchildren, Kimberly, Melissa, Randall Olinger (Carolyn), Tanya Howe (Corey), David Seibel (Jamie), Sarah Dulhanty (James) and Shelly Allen (Chris); and her brothers, Art Shumaker (Linda) and Hal Shumaker (Marilyn). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The American Heart Association.
