With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen E. Mullins of Lewisburg, Ohio, born in Letcher, Kentucky, who passed away on August 22, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James D. "J. D." Mullins and Cora Mullins (Bentley); her siblings, Jesse Mullins and Linda Kay King; her brother-in-law Jack King; and her nieces, Diane Kay King and Barbara Schenck Knapp.

She is survived by : her son Jason Mullins (Erika) of Centerville, Ohio; her granddaughters, Lana and Claire Mullins; her siblings, Margaret Schenck (David) of Arcanum, David Mullins (Debora) of Troy and Donna Dursch (Gary) of Germantown, Ohio; and her sister-in-law Debra Mullins of Germantown, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
