He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Windham and Julia Windham; and his brother Jon Windham. He is survived by : his wife Donna; his children, Kimberly Haley (Todd) and Matt Windham (Kelly); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Presson (Peter), Brooklyne Duncan (Dennis), Caitlin Windham and Cody Windham (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Parker, Denver, Piper, Paisley and Britton; and his siblings, Doug Windham (Jean), Becky Neal (Kevin) and Cindy Windham.
