She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry E. Brock and Lucille E. Brock (Mahan); her husband Ralph D. Kouts; her daughter Dorothy Ann Keckler; her siblings, Edith Brock, Mary E. Spraggins and Dr. Richard E. Brock; her son-in-law David E. Keckler; and her granddaughter Barbara Irene Keckler.
She is survived by : her daughter Beverly League (Stoney); her grandchildren, Curtis Keckler, Stacey Jo Sorg (Roger), Joshua Marburger, Heather Hess (Scott) and Joseph Keckler (Elizabeth); her great grandchildren, Lilian, Rose, Dustin, Jacob, Violet, Taylor, Alysia, Abagail, Ashlynn, Autum, Owen, Ethin, Alyssa, Emma, Zoey and William; and her great great grandchildren, Emerson, Malachi, Aurora, Wyatt and Lyanna.
