He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Stephens and Wilma Stephens. He is survived by: his fiancée Paula Hoover; his sons, Matthew (Kati), Michael (Jennifer) and Johnathan (Mary); his grandchildren, Isaac, Erin, Gabe, Austin, Owen (Samantha), Eli, Weston, Ashley, Clay, Luke and Drew; and his siblings, Doug (Vicki), Bruce (Cathy) and Kay Beegle (Dave). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
