She was predeceased by : her parents, James Droessler and Betty Jean Droessler (Lewis). She is survived by : her husband Richard Barnes; her sister Cathy Hartman (Lyle) of Liberty Center; her nieces, Chelsea Ashley (Shay) of Liberty Center and Jennifer Cooley (Donavan) of Swanton; and her sister-in-law Kathy Pniewski.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Grand Rapids American Legion (12580 S River Rd, Grand Rapids, OH 43522).

Memorial contributions may be given to Compassionate Care Sanctuary Delta, Ohio.
