He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Slagle and Ida Mae Slagle (Glecker); and his brother Terry Slagle. He is survived by: his wife Bunny; his daughter Mikki Smith (Al Wymer); his granddaughters, Meghan Smith and Alison Wymer; his sisters, Karen Savage (Jim) and Julie Vorwerk (Steve); and his sister-in-law Julie Slagle. He is also survived by 10 nieces and 5 nephews.
