With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Samuel Aossey of Liberty Center, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2025 at the age of 58. He was predeceased by: his mother May Aossey (Richardson); and his grandparents, Emmett and Betty Aossey. He is survived by: his father Edward Aossey; his wife Chery A. Aossey; his children, Connor Aossey (Mackenzie), Brynn Aossey and Delaney Aossey (Collin Mueller); his stepchildren, Zackary Horvath (Kaylee), Justin Horvath and Tyler Horvath; his grandsons, Emmett and Christopher; his sisters, Jennifer Wyszumiala (Sean), Sue Burnett (Clint) and Michelle Price; and his in-laws, Barbara Bazzy (Dave) and Tarry Beard (Judy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
