She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Mihailoff and Joanne Mihailoff (Doering); her parents-in-law, Leonard and JoAnn Kubiak; and her brother-in-law Mike Mann.
She is survived by: her husband Tim Kubiak; her children, Todd Kubiak (Leda) and Abbey Kubiak; her grandchildren, Judah, Eloise, Silas and Temple Kubiak; her sisters, Debra Mann, Mindy Schroeder (Art) and Sally Napierala (Paul); her brothers-in-law, Dale Kubiak (Joyce) and Russell Kubiak; and her close friends, Tom and Sally Pollick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
Memorial donations may be given to the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Toledo or a charity of the donor's choice.
