William Charles Westhoven Obituary
We bid farewell to William Charles Westhoven of Liberty Center, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 1, 2025 at the age of 99. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Westhoven and Mary Alta Westhoven (Faeth); his wife Anna Marie (Dagostino); his siblings, Rita Westhoven, Donald Westhoven (Katie), Jim Westhoven, MaryAnn Widdowson (Richard), Paul Westhoven, Eugene Westhoven and Anthony Westhoven; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Schuster, Jim Thompson, Bill Hoeffel and Alma Westhoven.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Badenhop (Tom), Richard Westhoven (Janet), Diane Keller (Mike), Deborah McClure (John), Chris Westhoven and Maureen Peper (Chris); his siblings, Virginia Schuster, Gerald Westhoven, Katherine Thompson and Norrine Hoeffel; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Westhoven, Joann Westhoven and Janet Westhoven. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hanneman Funeral Home - Liberty Center (302 E Maple St, Liberty Center, OH 43532). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (14010 S River Rd, Grand Rapids, OH 43522).
