She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Willis and Gertrude Willis; her son Greg Smith; her siblings, Roy, Bobbie and Bonnie; and her grandchildren, Carrie Hollin and Jeffery Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas H. Smith; her children, Sherry Davidson of Franklin, OH, Terry Elam (Paul) of Liberty Township, OH, Vicky Smith of Franklin, OH and Jeff Smith (Rosanna) of Butler, PA; and her sister Betty Vaughn of Indiana. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
