He is survived by: his wife Sally Collins (Hein) of Orange Beach, Alabama; his daughters, Kelly Meder (Ron Meder) of Cincinnati, Tammy Hoskins (Joe Hoskins) of Northern Kentucky, Sara Kwiatt (Karl Kwiatt) of Cleveland and Lindsey Rutter (Dereck Rutter) of West Chester, Ohio.; his siblings, Susie Rogers (Craig) of Greer and James "Sam" Collins (Durres) of Fort Lauderdale; his grandchildren, Jack Meder (Danielle), Collin Kwiatt, Keegan Kwiatt, Madison Rutter and Michael Rutter; and his great grandchild Charlotte Meder. He is also survived by numerous cousins and many dear friends.
