She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Davis and Susan Davis; her husband Wilton Cook; and her daughter Dr. Jane Pitts. She is survived by: her son John Cook (Tammy); her grandchildren, Avery Veracco (John) of Columbus, Ethan Cook of Covington, Kentucky and Daniel Pitts (Ruth); her great grandchildren, Dan Jr. and Hadassah of Cedar Hill, Texas; her granddaughter Sarah Ward (Jim); her children, James, William and Hannah of Grants; her grandchildren, Erin Pitts and Sam Pitts of Spartanburg; and her sister Nancy Cantrell of Easley, SC..
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hodapp Funeral Home (6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
