She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Wester and Lillian Wester (Gray); and her husband Ivor G. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Bryan C. Smith of Austintown, Heather Baldwin (Edwin) of McDonald and Craig Smith (Christina) of Girard; her siblings, Carla Bartel of McDonald and Gerald Wester (Marilyn) of Stow, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Eddie Baldwin, Joey Baldwin, Chloe Baldwin and Annabelle Smith.
The family suggests that any memorial contributions be made to Joan's church, Church Hill United Methodist in Liberty Township.
