She was predeceased by: her mother Judy Ann Mulinex. She is survived by: her father Jerry Allen Mulinex (Susie); her husband Scott; her children, Annette, Adam and Alex; and her sister Joy Annette Mulinex-Palagyi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
