She was predeceased by: her husband Rondal "Ron" Poynter; her parents, Pearl Jones and Polly Jones (Harris); her siblings, Gillis Jones, Algin Jones, Nadine Smith and Arvil "Plow" Jones; her uncle Chester Harris; and her son Ricky Darrell Poynter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janie McElwain (Jeff) and Ronda Lacher; her grandsons, Jeremy McElwain, Joshua McElwain (Madeleine), Richard "Kyle" Lacher and Jacob Lacher (Nancy); and her great grandchildren, Rhys, Quinn, Luke and Elijah. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins.
