He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clarke and Margaret Clarke (Rowley); and his brothers, Tom, Joe, Steve, Patrick and Bernie.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Clarke (Vincent); his children, Richard Michael Clarke II, Angela Haynes, Shawna Vogel (Jimmy) and Erin Enneking; his grandchildren, Michael McCarter, Kristen Rush (Chris), Katie Clarke, Wesley Clarke (Kira), Emily Fuller (Greg), Ben Haynes (Stephanie), Rachel Haynes (Steve Borgman), Gus Vogel, Mitch Vogel, Ian Enneking (Ellie Toadvine), Miranda Enneking and Adored; his great grandchildren, Giuliana, Nolan, Mikey, Ruth Willa and Sophia; and his siblings, Tim Clarke (Sue), Martin Clarke and Mary Catherine Rider. He is also survived by 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
