He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Vonderhaar and Thelma Vonderhaar; and his siblings, Louis Vonderhaar, Margie Perkins and Michael Vonderhaar.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Vonderhaar; his children, Celeste Driscoll (John), Patrick Vonderhaar (Kristie) and Joseph Vonderhaar (Tommi); his grandchildren, Sarah Niehaus (Cory), Daniel Driscoll (Brooke), Andrew Driscoll, Thomas (Maria), Lauren, Nathan, Joshua and Jacob Vonderhaar; his great grandchildren, Dylan Jackson, Chase Niehaus, Bryce Niehaus, Jack, Henry Driscoll and Jamieson Vonderhaar; and his siblings, Claire Mink, Richard Vonderhaar, James Vonderhaar, Gregory Vonderhaar, Patricia Vonderhaar and Julie Gambrel.

Memorial donations may be made in Thomas' name to Hospice of Cincinnati.
