He is survived by: his children, Amy Heffner of Lima and Jeremy Heffner (Angie) of Lima; his grandchildren, Taylor Karhoff (Riley), Olivia Heffner, Devyn Hopkins and Caleb Hopkins; and his sister Marian Sprague.
