He is survived by: his parents, Harry Hartzog and Martha Hartzog (Myers); his children, Brett Hartzog (Samantha Miller), Troy Hartzog (Angel) and Michelle Hartzog; his grandchildren, Bailey Hartzog, Mason Hartzog and Reghan Hartzog; and his siblings, Terry Hartzog (Roseanne) and Kim Hollar (Brian). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
