It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Longanbach of Lima, Ohio, born in Genoa, Ohio, who passed away on May 13, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert Longanbach; and his son Nicholas Longanbach. He is survived by: his children, Kim, David, Steven, Paul and Scott; his stepsons, Thad and Daron Eckenwiler; his sister Pat Sievert of Curtice, OH; and his stepgranddaughter Cassandra Eckenwiler. He is also survived by 3 step great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Allen County Humane Society.
