She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Boyer and Mildred Boyer (Parlette); and her husband Forrest Edgar Mack. She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Ann Ansley (Bruce) of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Ruth E. Corn (Jeff) of Loveland, OH; her grandchildren, Ashley Michel (DJ) of Ft. Myers, FL, Andrea Fisher (Bryan) of Farragut, TN, Ben Corn of Cincinnati and Greg Corn (Savannah) of Athens, OH; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Jovi, Ava Fisher and Elouise Corn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the South Side Christian Church (3300 S Side Dr, Lima, OH 45807). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to South Side Christian Church, Lochhaven/Lima Convalescent Home, or Interim Hospice.
