He was predeceased by: his parents, Intsell Frazee and Rose Frazee (Daniel); and his siblings, Luther A. "Bud" Frazee, LeRoy F. Frazee, Vernon E. Frazee, Kenneth E. Frazee, Margaret E. McAlpine, Adelaide Stelzer, Mary F. Sheets, Madeline Hardesty, Patricia Kent, Laura and Louise Frazee.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Frazee (Volbert); his children, Thomas Frazee (Jacklyn) of Cincinnati, Judy Brenek of Lima, Stanley Frazee (Connie) of New Breman and Nancy Fricke (Dennis) of Elida; and his sister-in-law Jean Volbert (Goedde).

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Catholic Church.
