She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph L. Manley, Sr. and Mildred Williams; and her brothers, Gregory Sims, Joe L. Manley, Jr., Christopher S. Baugh and Shawn R. Manley.
She is survived by: her children, James D. Gaines of Lima, LaToyria S. Williams of Lima and Keona R. Harris of Lima; her brother Ronald L. Manley of Columbus; and her stepfather Charles H. Nichols.
