Smith; her children, Ray Smith Jr. of Lima, OH, Trevor Smith (Theresa) of Beavercreek, OH, Jason Smith (Jolene) of Lima, OH, Meagan Pate (Mike) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Shannon Kumfer (Jon) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Casey Smith and Courtney Roeder (Kyle) of Lima, OH; her siblings, Michael McGrievy (Happy) of Calabash, NC and Kitty McGrievy of Columbus, OH; her close friend Christine Cobb of Columbus, OH; and her pet Nori. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
