He is survived by: his sister Alberta Shurelds; his children, Travis Brownlow (Charlton Alverson), Michelle Marie Oliphant, Stephen A. (Jessica) and Troy; his siblings, Lady Edna M. Owens and Joseph L. Brownlow of Lima; and his friend Carol Stemen. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
