He was predeceased by: his father Benny G. Williams; and his grandparents, John, Mabel Williams, Rex and Ethel Hawk.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Skivers Williams of Lima; his mother Peggy Hawk Williams (Hawk) of Rockford; and his brothers, Scott Williams (Brenda) of Rockford and Thadd Williams (Gloria) of Rockford. He is also survived by one niece; five nephews; eight great nieces; and one great nephew.
