She was predeceased by: her husband Gary "Butch" Butler; her granddaughter Danielle Rains; and her brothers, Robert Quire (Wanda), William Quire and Michael "Mick" Quire.
She is survived by: her children, James Butler Sr. of Lima and Susan Stahler (Mike) of Wapakoneta; her grandchildren, Sarah Norris (Terry) of Lima, James Butler Jr. of Columbus and Brook Uhlenhake-Miller (Jacob) of Celina; her sister Sharon Mains (Joe) of North Hampton; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Baker and Mike Uhlenhake of Celina.
