She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cook and Maude Cook (Roberts); her husband William Mumaugh; and her siblings, Lloyd Cook, LaVon Mumma, Kathryn Lamb and Irene Ream.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara White (David) of Leipsic; her grandson David White (Rachel) of Leipsic; and her great grandchild Benjamin White.
