She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Key (Watson) and Carl Key; her husband Dr. Wayne A. Lutz of Lima; her children, Gary Lutz and Cindy Johns; and her siblings, Earline Harris, Johnnie Faye Palmer, Shirley Baker, Gertrude McMullen, Mary Ann Medders and Carl Franklin Key.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Lutz (Sue) of Lima and Jennifer Koenig (Scott) of Lima; her son-in-law Michael Johns of Columbus Grove; her brother-in-law Von McMullen of Alabama; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Lutz, Sarah Lutz, Rebekah Lutz, Daniel Lutz, Megan Johns, Milo Johns, Callie Koenig, Brady Koenig, Casey Koenig and Abigail Koenig. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
