Carl Bucher Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Bucher of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on June 28, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Bucher and Julia Bucher (McNett); his wife Linda "Penny" Bucher (Werking); his son Thomas Bucher; his brother Hugh Bucher; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Werking and Ann Bucher.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Bucher, Sarah Stidham (Tim) and John Bucher (Teresa); his grandchildren, Cody Stidham, Casey Stidham (Kylee), Colton Bucher and Brooke Conley; his great grandchildren, Canaan and Lorelai Stidham; his sister Beverly Rhoades (Edwin); and his sister-in-law Wanda Werking. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Shawnee Chapel (1170 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Evangelical & Reformed Church (320 W Wayne St, Lima, OH 45801).
