Tapp (Davis); his son Dylan Tapp of Elida; his stepchildren, Christopher Morlock (Britney) of Findlay, Ashley Shaner (Scott) of Lima, Jennifer Daugherty (Myles) of Lima and Brittney Dunbar (Matt) of Lima; and his grandchildren, Addison, Jace, Kinsley, Colton, Cali, Mason, Makenna and Carter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
