She was predeceased by: her mother Alberta Mary Steele-Bowman (Green); her husband Richard Gerry Howell; her son Dale Edward Howell; her son-in-law Jerry Daniels; and her sister Lynne Howell.
She is survived by: her father Charles Westley; her niece Sheri Daniels of Canton, OH; her grandchildren, Tasha Davis, Ciera Howell and Dale Howell, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Shyla, Jaxton, Emberlynne, Loveah, Trevor, Romero, Taven, Ava, Sevynn and Amelia; and her sister Mona Schlesselman of Lehigh Acres, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
